A lot of people are struggling with falling a sleep nowadays. To be clear falling a sleep is not something we can choose. Sleep catches us. What we have to focus on is to be as ready as possible, so sleep can take over.

To do that, we have to make sure we are in a peaceful, relaxed, surrender-state. In this video I explain a technique based on NLP to empty your thinking mind and to prevent yourself to think about things which are not relevant once lying in bed
